This is certainly a pioneer work by Florida State Senator, Jeremy Ring. I think many other state should follow his footstep to give a helping hand to the families /caretakers of special need children.
In my opinion, this is an incredible tool for all of us with special need children, and I am confident that our loved one will benefit from this convenient service.
